Field trips include facility tours, discussion of the profession or industry, and speakers sharing their career paths, experiences and advice.
Through our Creating a Life Plan series, career focused field trips introduce mentees to options they may not have considered, or even heard of before – our fieldtrips inspire their career discovery and allow our students to dream big and to reach their full potential.
Campus Tours
College campus visits expose the mentees to higher education opportunities typically unavailable or unknown to them, thus encouraging them to dream beyond their current limits.
With nearly half of our mentees being the first in their family to graduate from high school and 64% first generation to pursue higher education, Women of Tomorrow wants to make sure our students are aware of all higher education opportunities.
