How we work

More than just mentoring.

“Changing the World one young woman at a time.”

How we achieve this.

Women of Tomorrow engages highly accomplished professional women as mentors in small group settings to inspire, empower and transform the lives of at-risk high school girls, making a positive impact on their lives and that of their families and the community-at-large.

How is our
program unique?

All mentoring activities are in small groups, conducted during school hours and are in partnership with public school systems to empower the young women to be successful, graduate from high school and go on to further education.
