Sheli Aguirre, LMFT is a psychotherapist and founder of Journey Forward Today and a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, with over 15 years of experience in the field of social services. She holds a Master's degree in psychology from Carlos Albizua University. She specializes in serving BIPOC individuals in the workforce resolving anxiety, burnout, and traumatic stress as she has done in her own life as a survivor of primary and secondary trauma.
