As Women of Tomorrow’s Data Management Assistant, Silvana A. Arias manages the information collected on Mentees from all 98 schools in Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. She is responsible for generating reports concerning program participation in each school.
Silvana is a Women of Tomorrow graduate from School for Applied Technology and is excited to be part of a program she once participated in as a student. Silvana served as our Administrative & Fundraising Assistant for the past two years before transitioning to Data Management.
Silvana is a Miami native and is the proud parent of a quickly growing baby girl, Emily.
