Tedi Casasanta was appointed Head of Quality Strategy and Integration October 2012. In this position, she is responsible for design, implementation, and execution of the Fiat/Chrysler global quality strategy. Ms. Casasanta joined Chrysler Corporation 1984, and has held a series of increasingly responsible positions within the Quality, Manufacturing and Procurement and Supply organizations. She has served as Plant Manager at the Sterling Heights Assembly Plant and Twinsburg Stamping Plant. She holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Management from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University in Materials and Logistics Management. Ms. Casasanta is active as Chair for the Chrysler Women’s Forum and has received recognition from Automotive News “100 Leading Women in North American Auto Industry” in 2005 and 2010.
