Jehan Crump-Gibson

C&G Solutions PLC

One of the most important things that Detroit-area attorney Jehan Crump-Gibson has learned is that she is walking the path that so many others have paved for her. With that notion, serving others has always been one of her fundamental aims. Albert Einstein once said that “only a life lived for others is the life worthwhile.” It is with this principle that she seeks to empower others and serve the community.  She is especially dedicated to programs that create opportunities for those that are disenfranchised.

In 2009, Attorney Crump-Gibson founded C&G Solutions PLC, a specialized firm that provides legal and consulting services. As C&G’s Managing Member, she has successfully represented clients through judgment in a variety of civil matters in the State and Federal Court and EEOC systems, including discrimination and retaliation claims. Attorney Crump-Gibson has assisted a multitude of entities- both for profit and nonprofit- with business related and licensing issues; analyzed and prepared proposed local government ordinances; and performed legal and policy analysis on local municipal matters; including zoning approvals, government-sponsored tax incentives programs and contracts. She has also been an integral part of the probate and estate planning process for many families.

After earning dual bachelor degrees in Political Science and English from Michigan State University, Attorney Crump-Gibson obtained her Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School. She currently serves as Board Secretary for the Wolverine Bar Association, Member of the State Bar of Michigan Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee, Vice-President of Adults and Adolescents in Motion (A2IM) nonprofit organization and a lifetime member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Formerly, she chaired the Special Events Committee for the Wayne State Law Alumni Association Board of Directors. Attorney Crump-Gibson is admitted to practice law in Michigan and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
