Arvis S. Williams
Head of New Model Center for Minivan and A/B Platforms, Advance Stamping Manufacturing Engineering
As the Head of New Model Center, Mrs. Williams is responsible for the advance feasibility, development, design, process, construction and launch of new vehicle programs managing $100+M in capital assets to support the execution of World Class Manufacturing at Chrysler Stamping Operation’s facilities in North America, Canada and Mexico.
Williams is a proven change agent who has successfully driven results for over twenty three years between General Motors, Toyota and Chrysler. She has held positions with increasing responsibility to improve performance metrics in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost throughout her career. Williams has directed advanced engineering, manufacturing engineering, assembly, body-in-white, power train, machining, stamping, plant maintenance/ facilities engineering, project management and pre-production launch activities. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Chrysler Women’s Forum (WF), an Employee Resource Group, since 2009 and served as a formal WF mentor since 2003. Williams is passionate about empowering and encouraging youth to embrace a “spirit of excellence”, working in the community since grade school herself.
Williams earned a Bachelor’s Degree Temple University in Mechanical Engineering Technology, and a Masters Degree from Central Michigan University in Administration.
