Adrian Lark is the General Manager of The Lark restaurant in West Bloomfield, Michigan. While under her direction, the restaurant has won dozens of local and national awards including Hour Detroit’s Best Restaurant for General Excellence, AAA’s Four Diamond Award, and Best Restaurant in North America in the Condé Nast Traveler reader’s poll.
Ms. Lark had ten years of management experience in the hospitality industry prior to joining The Lark. She held the position of catering manager at the Detroit Institute of Arts, running high profile events. She also served as director of operations at Birmingham’s Townsend Hotel.
Ms. Lark holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration and Properties Management from Cornell University. Because of her love for gardening, Ms. Lark also earned her Master Gardener designation from MSU Extension in 2001. She is also a certified Sommelier.
