“Thanks to you, I have been given the opportunity to reach my full potential, strive only for the best and accept nothing less. Tomorrow seems just a little brighter and the future path just a little easier because of your kindness and generosity. There is no word in the English language to describe the gratitude I feel towards your organization. You have truly touched my heart and I hope you will only continue this good work for others like me in the future. Thank you once again for your incredible generosity.”

“Thank you so much for the generous donation to help me on my way to college. . . Being part of Women of Tomorrow made a great impact on my high school career, as well as my self-confidence as I set out on my own. When I was invited into the program my sophomore year, I had no idea that I would gain so much, as I learned not only business skills for the future, but personal skills. I would personally like to also thank Ms. Jennifer Valoppi for founding and carrying on such a great program for high school women. It is great to be part a group of individuals, all a little different, but with similar hopes of accomplishing their goals and dreams. In a world that is still somewhat “male-dominated” this program encourages women to take control of their futures.”

“I am writing this letter to thank you for investing in my future. I feel that education is the portal to success and this scholarship will provide me with the opportunity to get through that portal. I would like for you to know that I am a dedicated, hardworking student and I will make sure that you do not regret your decision. I will be forever grateful to you and your part in helping me get one step closer to reaching my goals.”

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the generous scholarship you have awarded me. I appreciate your recognition of my efforts as a high school student and as a member of Women of Tomorrow. As of now, I am currently a freshman at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, where I plan on furthering my studies in Business and Environmental Science. This scholarship has truly helped me focus more on school without the weight of financial uncertainty that many students have. Thank you for your confidence and the willingness to help me achieve my goals.”

“Not long ago, I was unsure of how I would fund my education, but Women of Tomorrow granted me the $500 Books and Supplies scholarship just in time. This scholarship gave me the opportunity to invest those much needed funds into my education. Aside from the monetary assistance, this organization has helped me develop both professional and personal goals as well as embark on them . . . I aspire to become a driving force in the community in the near future, changing lives of others just as you all have changed mine. Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of an organization that allows me to utilize my interpersonal skills for growth and development.”

“I was blessed enough to receive a scholarship from Women of Tomorrow last year…Being the first to go to college from a low-income family is a blessing. But to go to college without financial burden is heaven sent. Having attended college for the past couple of months has broadened my views of life…Thanks for believing that I will make the best of what college has to offer. I realize college is an investment that takes hard work. I am currently an Exercise Science/Pre-Physical Therapy major at University of South Florida.”

“I would like to thank you for the mentor and scholarship program because this program gave my daughter the change in life; she is in college because of this Women of Tomorrow program. My daughter is one of the school girls that was helped because of the Women of Tomorrow Mentor & Scholarship Program. She is doing well at the university because of the mentoring and financial help. Once again thanks for giving this chance to her. I can’t tell you how this is a very important thing you all are doing.”

“I am truly grateful for your scholarship and mentoring, both of which have allowed this amazing opportunity to travel to Spain and experience Spanish culture firsthand. Traveling and studying abroad in Europe has always been on e of my goals and with your help, I have accomplished it. The Women of Tomorrow Program has made it possible not just for me but for so many other young women to unlock doors that would have otherwise remained locked because of our social and economic backgrounds. I want to thank you for providing me this chance to enrich myself and grow, a chance that would have never occurred without your help. In the future, I plan to continue upholding your mission and helping others. As Gandhi once said, “Be the change you want to see in the World.” Again, thank you. Words cannot express how truly grateful my family and I are.”
Michelle, Participant in The Experiment in International Living Program in Summer 2007 through Women of Tomorrow.
“I would like to thank you for all the support that your mentoring group has provided for me. Over the past three years, I have learned so many things about caring for myself, how to network and be supportive of other girls, and overall how to be a successful businesswoman. Most importantly, I received a two year scholarship to any Florida school. College in the financial aspect was going to become a burden on me and my family. For the longest time, my family and I were unsure as to how my tuition was going to be paid. Thanks to you scholarship I am on my way to achieving my goals of majoring in Pre-Medicine and with a minor in Psychology.”
